My Mission
Cosmic Compass exists to guide you back to yourself. My mission is not to heal you, fix you, or change you. It is to walk beside you as you explore the unknown and learn to recognize the light that has always been within you.
I created Cosmic Compass to help people rediscover their own truth, intuition, and inner wisdom. You do not need another coach or teacher. You simply need the space, support, and clarity to remember who you are. My role is to help you find your way back to that place.
With the use of plant medicine, we will walk hand-in-hand, navigating everything life has to offer.

This ultimately led me to following the path that I believed others wanted for me. For most of my younger years, through college and shortly after, I floated along.

While I prefer in-person sessions, I am available remotely. Consultations are a time for you to speak. I want to understand your intentions, lifestyle, and goals. Initial consultations will be a chance to quickly understand the full picture and see if adding plant medicine is the right choice for you.

That’s correct! We are the only service in Colorado that not only mentors individuals through proper microdosing, but can recommend strains (cultivars) to match your goals! Many believe that “all mushrooms are created equal, but this just isn’t true. Having worked with this medicine for many years, and having access to over 100 different genetics, I can confidently say they are not the same. And, slowly but surely, science is catching up as we research more about the effects of the minor analogs (Baeocystin, Norbaeocystin, Aeruginascin, Norpsilocin, ect).
